This is fantastic, Jaime! I would love to see you flesh middle aged Margaret out (actually we could probably all use some fleshing in rather than out) so we can see how she meets the challenges we all face.

A Facebook friend shared this story and urged everyone to read it. I'm glad she did, and that I did! What a lovely and clever piece. I wasn't actually allowed to read Are You There God? but made up for it by reading it to my daughter, and it is one of her favorite childhood books.
